Shipping Policy
For US orders, our average shipping time is 5 business days from the date of fulfillment. Internatial orders can vary from 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping times can vary depending on your location. For remote areas, shipping may take longer.
Orders are generally processed within 1 business day and are shipped from our Canadian warehouse.

Order modifications
If you need to make any modifications to your order, please notify us immediately. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, due to our fast fulfillment times, we may not be able to honor your request before your order is shipped.

Once your order has been shipped, we cannot make any modifications or changes to it.
Failed deliveries
Please ensure you have provided accurate and complete shipping information, including your full name, shipping address, and contact details. Failure to do so may result in your package being returned to us, and we will not be responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with the failed delivery.
If your package is returned due to a failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange a replacement shipment. Please note that a replacement fee may apply, and we will discuss this with you before proceeding.
